About Outside Buddy Books

Each action-inspiring book in the series describes a family-friendly bike path that parents and caregivers can aspire to experience for themselves with their children.  Outside Buddy guides the virtual bike ride with entertaining conversations. The photography elements feature people of all abilities, ages and modes for using the recreation trails.  Concepts of being inclusive, safe and community-minded highlighted through the photographs show how local kids and adults are actually experiencing these popular trails. Introductory pages for parents/caregivers describe each trail by maps, distance, terrain and parking to inspire the travel-minded, curious and outdoor-adventurous in creating your own outside bike day.
